Carricome is a freight-forwarding and logistics platform. We help you move purchases from overseas warehouses to your destination through Air or Sea transit. You can manage shipments, track packages, view invoices, and contact support through the web portal or mobile app.
Select Sign Up on the website or in the mobile app and register with your email. After signing in, complete the registration form with your profile details and addresses. Some features may remain limited until your account is verified.
A pre-alert tells Carricome that a package is on its way to our warehouse before it arrives. Signed-in customers can submit a pre-alert from the portal at /pre-alert/new or through the mobile app. Provide the seller tracking number, item description, estimated value, weight, and choose Air or Sea transit. This helps us match incoming freight to your account faster.
You can track without signing in by entering your tracking number on the homepage hero or at /track/[tracking-number]. Signed-in users see full shipment history, status timelines, and linked invoices under Dashboard → Shipments. Push notifications on the mobile app alert you when status changes.
Air freight is faster and suited to smaller or time-sensitive shipments. Sea freight is more cost-effective for larger or heavier items but takes longer. Rates and service descriptions are shown on the Rates page and in your dashboard. Choose the transit type that fits your timeline and budget when submitting a pre-alert.
After signing in, your dashboard and pre-alert flow show the correct Carricome warehouse addresses for Air and Sea. Use the address that matches your chosen transit method and include your Carricome account number or name as instructed so we can identify your freight on arrival.
Go to Dashboard → Billing and Invoices to see your invoice list. Filter by status or date, open any invoice for line-item detail, and download a PDF. Payment instructions appear on the invoice or through support. Your financial summary on the dashboard shows amounts due at a glance.
Visit the public Contact page for phone, WhatsApp, and email details. Signed-in customers can also use Dashboard → Support to send a message through the support hub. The mobile app provides the same contact channels where configured.
Open Profile & Settings from the portal sidebar or mobile app menu. You can update personal details, delivery addresses, notification preferences, and change your password. Complete any required registration fields so your account stays in good standing.
Yes. Carricome offers iOS and Android apps with tracking, notifications, and account access. Download links appear in the website footer when available. The same login works across web and mobile.
A Progressive Web App (PWA) is a website built with standard web technologies that you can install on your phone, tablet, or computer. Once installed, it opens from your home screen, taskbar, or app list and can feel like a native app—without downloading a separate store package for the web portal. Carricome’s customer portal is available as a PWA so you can install it from your browser for quick access to tracking, shipments, billing, and account settings. When a shipment is marked delivered, open the package detail page in your dashboard to view the timeline and download a delivery receipt PDF where available.
